LIASON TO JUSTICE
We have working relationships with all the Attorney Generals in each state to hand deliver a case and shine light on the most egregious cases where physician negligence crosses over to criminal culpability. Medical Harm is the third cause of death each year. There are 2 categories. 1 Accidental or negligent and 2. Intentional or reckless. We work with other physicians and nurses and ethicists to see if the actors should face criminal liability when they act in not just regular negligence but grossly negligence (aka intentional or reckless) to be arrested and charged with involuntary manslaughter.
