Nicholas Pagliara, Esq.

Founder and Attorney at Law

Mr. Pagliara is a National Civil Rights lawyer and activist whose practice focuses on ending medical malpractice and physicians not honoring the families wishes. Founder of the Patient Law Project came about when he and his brother witnessed first hand being in an ICU for 3 months everyday what can go on in patient mistreatment.

Also the Founder of the Pagliara Law Group -- Pagliara represents victims and families of hospital injuries and killings and works with an international network of organizers to address various patient rights issues.

Andrew Pagliara

Co-founder and Chief People Organizer (CPO)

Andrew Pagliara, is a skilled organizer and is the Co-Founder of Patient Law Project. He is currently working on key policy mandate changes that effect the patients rights in the healthcare setting.

In addition to being a co founder he is the CHIEF PEOPLE ORGANIZER. WIth his vast network, he can get a super petition signed and organize hundreds of thousands of people to call to pressure change. He is also in charge of mobilizing a peaceful protest in a swift manner.

He is currently helping to elect brave new District Attorneys all over the country that are advocates for patients.

Together, the 2 brothers are working on a weekly podcast called THE PATIENT. He is a fierce advocate for families impacted by physician indiscretion and having a GOD complex..
